The 4th-6th graders are learning how to study the Bible more in depth, through the use of devotionals, Bible dictionary, and other resources.  The lessons help them to build an understanding of God’s holiness, how they are to deal with conviction of sin, and they are guided toward the recognition of their need for God and salvation through Jesus Christ.  Teachings about how to be saved and sharing the gospel are emphasized.  They learn more about discipleship which consists of spiritual growth, service, ministry, and outreach.  The Sunday school lessons are interactive; there is application of truth, use of visual aids, lesson reinforcement and review sheets, and take home papers with Biblical comic strips and activities.
