Congratulations to one of our own, Brother Andy Douglas, who ran and was recently elected to the 6th Ward to serve on Findlay City Council here in Findlay!

Last week we were blessed to have a visit from Pastor John & Mrs. Marshall.  His witty wisdom was a joy and a help to our congregation.  Mrs. Marshall taught the ladies a valuable lesson at the Spring ladies banquet entitled, "Teach my heart to sing".  A special thanks goes out to them for taking time out to spend with us.  

What a week!  Evangelist Mark Rogers was with us last Sunday, sharing some special messages on the topic of Missions and worshipful music that blessed us all!  

The teens had a great time at the Creation Museum this past weekend.  What a great group of young people!  It will be exciting to see what wonderful plans God has for their lives...

As Tuesday night was a wonderful time to reflect upon the crucifixion of Christ through partaking of the Lord's Supper, today was a wonderful time of celebrating the resurrection of Christ!  His resurrection changes our hearts, our allegiance, our thinking, & the way in which we die!  

• Trials can develop your faith
• Faith can overcome the world and circumstances of life
• Faith comes by hearing/ studying the Word of God
• Faith brings understanding
• Wrong teaching can lead to a decrease of faith

2 Timothy 3: 14-17...

14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Its been another great week at Cornerstone.  The Pastors have returned from Capital connection...visit back for more information about their trip, to include special footage.

We enjoyed a visit from the West Coast Bible College Tour Group during the Sunday morning service.  The special music they shared was a compliment to the morning message.

Sunday night was another great evening of Bible Panorama.  Be faithful to this study.  It will greatly enhance your understanding of the Bible as a whole!
